- What is an affiliate program?
It is program where you can earn money by placing links or banners provided by the program host within your website. When sales are generated from your website, you will get paid.
In the case of Shinjiru, all affiliate partners are provided with banners / links to place within their web sites when they register as an affiliate partner. This link is accessible via http://affiliate.shinjiru.com/banners.jsp after registered. Whenever a visitor clicks on these links or banners to generate a sale, that transaction is tracked online. You will get commission out of that sale!!
- How do I become an affiliate partner of Shinjiru.com and how does it work?
You just need to register at http://affiliate.shinjiru.com/ and copy the affiliate links or banners from http://affiliate.shinjiru.com/main.jsp. Place this links or banners in your website. When the users click via the link to our website, our affiliate system will track their activities. You will get paid upon their orders directed via your website.
Remember, you do not need to pay us anything! We will pay you instead if sales are generated through your website.
- How much will I earn?
The more orders refer by your website the more you earn! Here is how we calculate the affiliate commission:
- Eg 1: For Shared Hosting:
Enterprise Shared Hosting Fee = USD99.00 per year
Affiliate commission = USD99.00 x 50% = USD49.50
- Eg 2: Dynamail Email Hosting:
10 mailboxes licenses fee = USD150.00 per year
Affiliate commission = (USD150.00 / 12) x 3 = USD37.50
- Eg 3: Virtual Private Server, Dedicated Server & Semi Dedicated Server:
The commission will be 1 month fee by the specs they choose.
1 month fee for VPS500 package =USD59.00
Affiliate commission = USD59.00
1 month fee for Core 2 Duo server with 1GB RAM 500GB hard disk = USD159.00
Affiliate commission = USD159.00
1 month fee for Windows Semi Dedicated Server plan = USD99.00
Affiliate commission = USD99.00
- What is the minimum payable amount?
The minimum amount payable to you every month is USD150 and above. If the amount you earned is less than that, the credit will be kept in your account and once the accumulated amount has reach USD150 and above, we will pay you on the first seven (7) business days of the following month or upon your request (depends on what payment option you choose).
- What is the payment method used for the commission payment?
For the moment, we will only pay to you via bank cheque or paypal account. The cheque will be posted to your mailing address upon registration.
You must provide us the exact account holder Name, account number and bank upon registration. You must also make sure the mailing address that you provided is correct. Shinjiru Technology Sdn. Bhd. will not be held responsible for any losses, missing or incorrect address mail.
- When will the payment be made?
Payment will be made on first seven (7) business days of the following month via bank cheque and post to the mailing address or paypal account that you provided. This is with the condition of the amount payable is more than the minimum payable amount and 60 days duration. If the amount payable is less than the monthly payable amount, the amount will bring forward to the following month.
- Where can I see how much money I've made?
You may view the overview of your account from http://affiliate.shinjiru.com/my_account.jsp. You may also view each month earnings from http://affiliate.shinjiru.com/stat.jsp. For payment history, you may view it from http://affiliate.shinjiru.com/payment.jsp
- Do I need to host with Shinjiru.com to be your affiliate partner?
No. You do not necessary need to have a hosting account with Shinjiru to become our affiliate partner.
- Do I need multiple affiliate accounts if I'm advertising on multiple sites?
No. You do not need to have multiple affiliate accounts. You just need to use the same account links / banners and paste the code to the multiple websites that you have. They work fine for either single or multiple websites.
- What type of hosting plan will be paid to affiliate partners?
At the moment, affiliate commission is paid for confirmed orders for Shared Hosting, Dynamail, Virtual Private Server, Semi Dedicated Server and Dedicated Server plans.
- Is the hosting plan purchase includes charges for domain name registration?
It depends on the hosting plan purchased. For package where domain name is purchased separately, the domain registration fee is not payable to the affiliate partner.
- What happen for next year hosting renewal?
The affiliate program only pays for hosting plan purchase. It is not applicable for renewal.
- Can I earn commissions on extra add on services purchase by the customers refer by me?
No. Commissions are offered on new shared hosting account purchase only. Renewals and all other add-on services are not eligible for commissions.
- Besides the links and banners, any other ways to provide others the link to purchase?
Yes! You may login to your account and provide them the link where you can get it from http://affiliate.shinjiru.com/my_account.jsp and ask them paste in the address bar of the browser prior purchase.
However, we still recommend you to place Shinjiru's links or banners within your website. That way, you'll receive a pleasant commission for your secret referral.
- Can I request to transfer affiliates credit towards shinjiru.com services?
No. You cannot transfer your affiliate's credit to make any payment on shinjiru.com services.
- Can I use my own affiliate links and banner to make purchase and earn the commision?
No. Affiliate commission does not apply to the sales purchase through your affiliate link and generated under your account.
- I'm a reseller, can I sign up as an affiliate ?
Yes you can. However, orders made through an affiliate link will not qualify further for a reseller's discount. In this case, the order will be cancelled and considered void.
- Can we claim Affiliate Commission for any website content ?
No. There are certain websites that is not applicable for Affiliate Commission. Please understand that Affiliate Program is generated so that you can earn high commission as the introducer and Shinjiru only earns revenue from renewal. If the website is determined to be a short-term website, Shinjiru reserved the rights not to pay Affiliate Commission.
