"SMTP ports will be closed for all the Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and will only be open upon request after verifying the required information provided by the customers. This process may take up to two business days."

Thus, we offer two (2) methods of verification:

a) Formal Verification

You would need to submit an official ticket to ' Technical Support': using your registered email and you are required to provide the requested information below:

• Purpose of Use:

Once you have completed the above information, our dedicated team will promptly review your request for approval. In the event that your request is approved, you will receive a notification through our ticketing system.

b) Security Deposit

With Shinjiru being an offshore hosting provider, we understand that sharing personal or company information may not be of convenience. Hence, you may also opt to pay a 1-time security deposit fee of USD 100.00 in order to open the SMTP ports for your VPS.

Should there be no abuse activities reported with the use of the IP (i.e. spamming/phishing) after a full month has lapsed (30 days), the amount paid will be fully refunded as credit back to your Shinjiru account. Conversely, the security deposit will be forfeited if abuse reports are received.
